How To Manage Customers

Within the Customers panel you can view all users who have registered on the site, through the components on the site such as Newsletter, E-commerce, Booking, Blog. You can also enter new users manually or via a csv file.

The panel shows the user name, email, telephone and the channel from which they registered (Custom indicates a manual entry).

How to add a new user manually:

1. Click on the plus icon at the top right;
2. Click on Add customer to manually add a new user;
3. Fill in the user form and click on save.

How to add a new user via a csv file:

1. Click on the plus icon at the top right;
2. Click Import csv;
3. Click Import to upload your csv file;
4. Map fields to csv file columns;
5. Click Upload.

How to show the user detail or edit the card:

1. Click on the three dots corresponding to the user to view;
2. Click on Show Detail;
3. Click on Additional information to change the registry, tags or to add notes;
4. Click on Statistics to get a summary of the purchases made by the user;
5. Click on Activities to view the user’s activities.
