To insert a Customizable Form within your website:

1. Right click on the icon with the three hexagons;
2. Click on Contacts;
3.Click on Customizable Form;
4. Drag the component to the workspace.

The customizable contact form allows you to add new fields to fill in and to customize all the graphic elements.

To customize your Customizable Form:

1. Click on Customizable Form;
2. Click on Edit Customizable Form;
3. Click on E-mail address to enter the e-mail address where you wish to receive requests;
4. Click Add to drag new elements into the Form. The elements you can insert are: Text fields: you can enter as many as you want;
– Checkbox: you can enter as many as you want. The field name will only be visible when receiving the email and will therefore not be visible on the site, which will only show the text relating to the checkbox;
– Date field: you can enter as many as you want;
– Selection field: you can enter as many as you want. To set selection options, click on the arrow icon of the selection field, then on the Plus button and start writing;
– File upload field: you can enter only one per form. Only one file up to 2 mb can be uploaded;
– Email field: you can enter as many as you want. This field checks the presence of the at sign (@), in order to make sure that an email is entered;
– Privacy checkbox: you can enter only one per form. The field relates to the processing of personal data. A default text will be displayed which you can modify as you wish by clicking on it with the mouse. It is also possible to apply a link to a piece of text.
5. Click on Default Styles for to change the style of the form text;
6. Click Colors to change the color of the fields or buttons;
7. Click Borders to change the borders of the fields and buttons;
8. Click on Font to change the font and size of the label texts, fields and buttons;
9. Click Advanced to:
– Activate and write an automatic reply.
– Activate and write a feedback message.
– Activate and add a tracking code to track Google Ads or Facebook conversions.
