How to add or modify a simple Product:
In your online store you can insert or modify a simple Product.
It is a single physical product, which has no variants:
1. Click on the Products item;
2. Right click on Create Product;
3. Click on Simple Product;
4. Enter the name and the rest of the essential elements: photo, description, price, quantity;
5. Click on the arrow icon on the right to add other elements;
6. You can enter the price including or excluding VAT;
7. You can apply the price for different variables (product, meter, centimeter etc …);
8. You can add purchase settings: enable the customer to add notes or attachments and set a maximum or minimum quantity per order;
9. You can set a product or quantity discount;
10. You can associate a product to one or more Categories;
11. You can associate a product with one or more TAGs;
12. You can upload an Attachment;
13. You can set the product as Available, Unavailable or Request Availability:
Available: therefore purchasable by customers.
Not available: therefore not purchasable by customers.
Request Availability: therefore the customer will not be able to buy the product directly but only ask for its availability.
14. You can set the product as a Featured Product;
15. To modify a Simple Product by clicking on the three dots next to the product you wish to modify.
How to add or modify a Product with options:
In your online store you can insert or modify a Product with options.
It is a product to which it is possible to indicate variants with different options, such as Size and Color, managing each one independently;
The first step to create a Product with Options is to add a new option:
1. Click on Product Options;
2. Right click on Create Option;
You can immediately define the display mode of the option to create, choosing from:
Drop-down: The options are shown through a drop-down menu.
Preview Image Pane: The options are shown via a small preview image.
Box with internal text: The options are shown inside a box.
Box with color palette: The options are shown through colored dots, useful for exploiting options with colors.
After creating the options and their variants, log in to the product to add the options:
3. Click on Products;
4. Click Create Product;
5. Click Product with Options;
6. Enter the name and the rest of the essential elements: photo, description, price, quantity;
7. Select your product options;
8. Click on Create Variants to modify the price, photo, quantity, weight, etc. of the product variants;
9. Click on the arrow icon on the right to add other elements;
10. You can enter the price including or excluding VAT;
11. You can apply the price for different variables (product, meter, centimeter etc…);
12. You can add purchase settings: enable the customer to add notes or attachments and set a maximum or minimum quantity per order;
13. You can set a product or quantity discount;
14. You can associate a product to one or more Categories;
15. You can associate a product with one or more TAGs;
16. You can upload an Attachment;
17. You can set the product as Available, Unavailable or Request Availability:

How to add or modify a Digital Product:
In your online store you can insert or modify a Product with options.
This is a single non-physical product, such as a voucher, coupon, eBook or multimedia file (with a maximum size of 15mb).
1. Click on the Products item;
2. Right click on Create Product;
3. Click on Digital Product;
4. Enter the name and the rest of the essential elements: photos, description, price, quantity;
5. Attach the file or insert the link of your digital product;
6. Click on the arrow icon on the right to add other elements;
7. You can enter the price including or excluding VAT;
8. You can add purchase settings: enable the customer to add notes or attachments and set a maximum or minimum quantity per order;
9. You can set a product or quantity discount;
10. You can associate a product to one or more Categories;
11. You can associate a product with one or more TAGs;
12. You can upload an Attachment;
13. You can set the product as Available, Not Available or in Request Availability:
Available: therefore purchasable by customers.
Not available: therefore not purchasable by customers.
Request Availability: therefore the customer will not be able to buy the product directly but only ask for its availability.
14. You can set the product as a Featured Product;
15. To modify a Digital Product by clicking on the three dots next to the product you wish to modify.
To know: each product must have both the title and the code as a unique value, i.e. it is not possible to create a product with the same title / name or the same code.
