Any piece of text on your website can be connected to a different page, to an external site as a link, or to a component of the same page as an anchor:
1. Double-click on the Text component;
2. Click on the chain icon to access the Link panel;
3. From Link to an existing page of the site, you can create a link that refers to another page on your website.
Click on Advanced Options for other types of links:
1. You can link the text to an external link;
2. You can connect the text to an email address;
3. You can link the text to a component on the same page. I recommend that you use the Layers feature to find the right component immediately;
4. You can link the text to a pop-up.
Remember: select the piece of text a Which link to add: Text selection is necessary because otherwise you would link the entire text content.
Good to know: It is possible to set an anchor so that the link points to a certain section of a different page. To do this, enter the following string on the external link: pagename$componentnumber (Example: contacts$321). The component number can be found in the Layers panel.
