In this section you can change some settings on the publication time and Comments:

1. You can change the time zone, date format and time format;
2. You can enable comments from visitors to your site, enable them with approval or disable comments;
3.You can enter an email address to be notified when someone enter a comment;
4. Click Save to save changes.
